Cancellation: Cancellations can be requested before the products reach the ShootWiz studio. Cancellations before shoot scheduling are fully refundable. Refunds can be requested only via email to support@shootwiz.com with the booking details.

Process and applicable charges for refunds will be as per our payment gateway provider.

Once your products are received at the ShootWiz studio your booking cannot be amended or canceled and no refunds can be issued.
